A dead soldier overtaken by an unknown substance.

I've been really enjoying Fallout 4 recently, and I really love how creepy and sporadic the ghouls act. So this probably came about being inspired by that.

He reminded me of Lickitung, so I thought it'd give this Pokemon a little makeover.
